Cured meat is what European Food Store is best known for locally. The counter at 2790 Santa Rosa Avenue carries smoked bacon, salami, speck and cured pork from Germany, Poland, Hungary and beyond, sliced to order.

Getting it online takes a little longer than the tins and jars, because it is cut fresh and needs to be packed cold. Kabanos and other dried sausage that travels well is already listed under Sausages & Kabanos.
