Coffee splits three ways. Jacobs is the European instant people actually reach for — Monarch and Brazilian Selection in jars, 3-in-1 sticks by the 24-pack, Baileys cappuccino sachets, and Monarch whole bean for anyone who grinds. Tchibo Feine Milde comes ground, in a two-pack, and is the mild German everyday cup. Then Turkish coffee from Elite, plain or with cardamom, ground fine for an ibrik, alongside Elite and Davidoff instant.

Tea runs deeper. Ahmad Tea in seven forms — Kalami and Barooti Assam by the 454 g bag, Darjeeling loose leaf in tins, Ceylon OPA, and Earl Grey in a 500 g tin. Impra and Marhunar bring single-origin pure Ceylon, black and green, in large leaf. Czar Nikolas II covers the Russian-style black teas in five blends, Nostalgia and Renaissance among them, in 250 g boxes.

For the herbal end, Malwa fruit teas from Poland — raspberry, cranberry, blackcurrant, rosehip and hibiscus — and Nina's Paris flavoured black teas, Marie-Antoinette and Je t'aime, from the Paris house that perfumes its blends rather than merely flavouring them.
