Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship across the United States from our shop in Santa Rosa, California.

Some of what we sell cannot travel, and we would rather tell you here than at checkout:

Collection or local delivery only — our chilled and fresh goods. Cheese, fresh pasta and gnocchi, chilled sausage, smoked fish, butter, cream and similar. These will not survive a few days in a box, so we do not post them at all. You can collect them in store, or choose local delivery if you are near us.

California only — beer and wine, some chilled meats, and frozen bread. State law and the practicalities of a cold chain mean these stay close to home.

Everything else — dry goods, tinned and jarred food, confectionery, coffee and tea, biscuits and preserves — ships nationwide.

If an item cannot be shipped to you, the website will say so on the product page and at checkout. You will not be able to buy something we cannot send.
