Tri Selecta Saffron Filaments, 1g

Whole saffron threads rather than powder, which is the only honest way to buy saffron — powder is too easy to cut with other things. A gram is a great many meals: a dozen threads steeped in warm water will colour and scent a risotto for four.

Made in Italy.
