Toro Pancake Mix, 6.9 oz (196g)

Norwegian pancake mix from Toro — add milk and egg and that is the whole job.

Norwegian pancakes (pannekaker) are thin and large, closer to a crêpe than to the thick American stack, and they are rolled rather than piled. They are eaten with sugar, with jam, or with bacon.

Toro is the brand in nearly every Norwegian cupboard, and the mix is reliable in a way a from-scratch batter is not on a weekday.

Made to European food rules on additives and labelling.
