Thomy Les Sauces Pan / Pfannen, 250 ml

A finished cream sauce for pan dishes — pour it over whatever is already in the pan and it is done. 20% cream, with white wine, brandy and shallot behind it. Thomy have been a German kitchen staple since 1954.

Ingredients

Water, 20% CREAM, sunflower oil, modified starch, tomato purée, white wine, 1.3% EGG YOLK, yeast extract, iodised salt (salt, potassium iodate), brandy, concentrated lemon juice, shallot, caramelised sugar, garlic powder, maltodextrin, thickener: xanthan gum.
