Surig Vinegar Essence 25%, 13 fl oz (385ml)

Concentrated vinegar essence at 25% acidity — five times the strength of ordinary table vinegar.

This is not a vinegar you pour. It is diluted down for preserving, and German recipes for pickled cucumbers, Rollmops and sauerkraut assume you have it. It is also what a great many German households use for descaling a kettle.

Dilute before use. At this strength it should not touch skin or go near a salad undiluted.
