Schaller & Weber Uncured Chorizo, Spanish Style Sausage

A sweet and spicy pork sausage in the style of Spain's Iberian peninsula — a salchicha that takes its deep red colour from smoked and dried paprika. Grill it for a tapas plate, or crumble it into a paella.

Schaller & Weber have been making European-style charcuterie in NYC's Yorkville since 1937. No added nitrates or nitrites, no artificial anything, and pork raised without hormones.

Ingredients

Pork, water, non-fat dry milk, wine, paprika, and 2% or less of: natural flavors, sea salt, cultured cane sugar, spices, dried vinegar, dextrose, lemon juice powder, cultured celery juice powder.

Allergens

🚨 CONTAINS MILK. There is non-fat dry milk in the sausage, which is not something most people expect in a chorizo.
