Outside California, choose collection in store at 2790 Santa Rosa Avenue or local delivery around Santa Rosa and Sonoma County. We do not post it further than that — the cold chain will not hold.
The little Nuremberg bratwurst — finger-sized, marjoram-scented, and traditionally eaten three to a roll. Fully cooked and ready to eat, so they only need warming through.
Schaller & Weber have made European-style charcuterie in NYC's Yorkville since 1937. No added nitrates or nitrites.
