Grilyazh — the Ukrainian nut-brittle cake: butter cream and crushed praline between sponge layers, finished with dark chocolate and roasted hazelnuts. Rich, and sold frozen.
Ingredients
Cream butter, brittle confection (sugar, roasted nuts), wheat flour, sweetened condensed milk, roasted chopped hazelnuts, dark chocolate, cocoa butter, milk fat, fat-reduced cocoa powder, soy lecithin, brandy, cocoa mass, vanillin, ethyl alcohol.

⚠️ The ingredient list includes brandy and ethyl alcohol. Nothing on the front of the box says so. The quantity is small and it is there as flavouring — but if you avoid alcohol for any reason, this cake is not suitable.
