Roshen Grilyazh Cake with Dark Chocolate, 1 lb 14 oz (850g)

Grilyazh — from the French grillage, nut brittle — is the cake every Ukrainian household knows. Wafer layers with crushed praline and roasted hazelnuts through sweet-cream butter filling, the whole thing jacketed in dark chocolate. Roshen have made it to the same recipe for decades; the lid says рецепт, перевірений часом, a recipe proven by time, and they are not being modest about it.

Serving
