Profi Pâté with Forest Mushrooms, 4.6 oz (130g)

Spread it on dark rye or toast. The mushrooms give it a deeper, less meaty flavour than the plain village pâté, so it takes a sharper partner well: pickled cucumber, a little mustard, or raw onion.
