Sweet paprika from Szeged — deep red, mellow and faintly fruity, with none of the heat of its Hot sibling. This is the one that goes into goulash by the spoonful rather than the pinch, and the one that colours a paprikás.

We stock the Hot tin as well; the two tins look almost identical apart from the word on the label.
