Noyan Quince Preserve, 16 oz (450g)

Quince preserve — the fruit turns deep amber-pink in the cooking, and keeps a firm bite that no other preserve has. Floral, tannic and only just sweet.

Traditional with tea, and excellent alongside roast pork or a strong cheese.
