Niederegger Ginger Flavoured Marzipan Bar in Dark Chocolate, 3.8 oz (110g)

Lübeck marzipan with ginger, under dark chocolate. Niederegger have been making marzipan in Lübeck since 1806, and this is one of their flavoured bars — 100% quality marzipan paste, with real ginger worked through it.

The ginger is warm rather than hot, and it cuts the sweetness of the almond paste in a way the plain bar does not. A good bar for someone who finds classic marzipan too rich.

Ingredients: dark chocolate (chocolate liquor, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), almonds, sugar, ginger, invert sugar syrup, high fructose corn syrup, alcohol (flavour), natural ginger flavour with other natural flavours.

Contains almonds and soy. May contain milk, pistachios, walnuts, hazelnuts and cashews.
