Moda Pepper Paste, 1.54 lb

Turkish red pepper paste — peppers cooked and reduced to a thick, deep-red concentrate. It is a base ingredient rather than a condiment: a spoonful into a pan of onions is where a great many Turkish dishes start.

The full ingredient, allergen and nutrition statement is printed on the pack. If you need to check something before you order, call the shop on (707) 527-0319 and we will read it off the jar for you.
