How to make it

Put 3 cups of hot water and 1 cup of hot milk in a large saucepan with the contents of the packet. Mix until dissolved, bring to the boil over high heat stirring constantly, then turn down to medium-low and cook for 2–3 minutes until it thickens. Maggi's own tip: chopped fresh coriander or parsley stirred in before serving.
