A plain wholemeal biscuit, lightly sweet and high in fibre, that sits somewhere between a cracker and a digestive.

Kornmo is an everyday Norwegian biscuit rather than a treat — the kind kept in the cupboard for coffee, or given to children. The wheat flavour comes through because very little else is going on.

Sætre has baked in Norway since 1883. Good with brown cheese, which is the Norwegian way to eat them, or plainly with coffee.
