Per 100 g of dry roasted beans: 912 kJ / 218 kcal, 14.4 g fat, 2.8 g carbohydrate, 13.9 g protein. <em>These figures are for the beans, not the drink — a cup uses about 7 g, and nearly all of the fat and protein stays in the grounds. Black brewed coffee has almost no calories.</em>

Whole beans, so grind them immediately before brewing — that is Jacobs' own instruction and it is the single biggest difference between good and stale coffee at home.
