Idun runs sweeter and thinner than what most people are used to, with less vinegar bite. That is not a fault — it is built to go on things Norwegians put ketchup on, which includes hot dogs in a lompe, fish cakes and potato dumplings, where a sharp ketchup would dominate.

Worth buying if you grew up with it. Worth trying if you are cooking Norwegian food.
