Giuseppe Giusti Silver Balsamic Vinegar, 250ml

Giusti have been making balsamic in Modena since 1605 and this is one of the ageing grades from that house — dense, dark and sweet-sour, with far more body than a supermarket balsamic. Use it sparingly and uncooked.
