Garofalo casarecce, gluten free. Short twisted lengths with a groove down the middle that holds sauce far better than a plain tube. Garofalo have been making pasta in Gragnano since 1789 and their gluten-free range is bronze-drawn like the rest of it, so it has the rough surface sauce needs.
