Slim white box with a turquoise and orange geometric tile band. Sultan is the top-of-range lokum: four nuts at once — pistachio, hazelnut, almond and coconut — in a single piece, rolled in coconut rather than icing sugar.

It is the most loaded of the Galil range, and the only one whose recipe includes soapwort juice (çöven) — the traditional Turkish foaming agent that gives "Sultan" style lokum its characteristic lighter, slightly aerated bite. That is a genuine mark of the traditional method rather than a shortcut recipe, and it is right there in the ingredient list.
