The classic Elite Turkish Coffee elevated with the warm, floral spice of cardamom --- a beloved combination across Middle Eastern coffee culture. The roasted and ground coffee blends seamlessly with the aromatic cardamom for a cup that is fragrant, bold, and deeply satisfying. Gluten-free and Kosher LeMehadrin Parve certified under the supervision of the Lod Rabbinate. Prepared the traditional way in a small pot for the most authentic experience.

Black and green foil pouch, 100 g. Very finely ground coffee blended with cardamom — the grind is powder-fine, as Turkish coffee must be, so it stays suspended rather than settling. Cardamom is the classic Levantine addition and it is here as a real ingredient, not a flavouring.

Two ingredients: roasted & ground coffee, and cardamom. Nothing else. And it carries two certifications worth having:

Kosher Mehadrin parve, under the supervision of the Lod Rabbinate, with Badatz marks and an OU symbol on the pack. Mehadrin is the stricter standard — that is a meaningful mark, not a generic one.

Gluten free, marked on the pack.

The back carries both preparation instructions (spoon into a cup, pour boiling water) and proper cooking instructions for the traditional method — boil in a small pot, one heaping teaspoon per cup, cook over low heat until the coffee rises. Anyone new to Turkish coffee will want this.

Ingredients

Roasted & ground coffee, cardamom. (FR: café torréfié et moulu, cardamome.)
