Herrenkonfekt: rum-flavoured punch filling (29%), sour cherry jelly (28%) and gingerbread (18%) under dark (19%) and white (6%) chocolate. Lebkuchen Konfekt: gingerbread (31%) filled with sour cherry jelly (44%) under dark chocolate (25%). Across all three: sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, wheat flour, chocolate liquor, almonds, sour cherry juice, cocoa butter, caramel sugar syrup, rye flour, bitter almonds, butterfat, low-fat cocoa, pectin, glucose syrup, spices, raising agents, lecithin, natural flavouring, apple, blackcurrant and carrot extract, milk powder. The Herrenkonfekt also contains rum and dried whole milk.
