Dr. Oetker Original Pudding Mix

The classic German custard pudding mix that has been a staple of home kitchens since 1894. Simply cook with milk and sugar for a smooth, creamy dessert in minutes. Available in three flavors:

- Chocolate (37g) — rich, smooth chocolate custard with genuine cocoa depth
- Almond (37g) — delicate almond-flavored custard with a gentle, aromatic finish
- Cream (37g) — mild, velvety vanilla cream custard — versatile and crowd-pleasing

Starch, salt, flavouring, colour: beta-carotene. (The powder only — milk and sugar are added by you.)

Allergens

⚠️ The prepared dessert contains MILK, because the recipe calls for 500 ml of it. The powder itself declares no allergens.

Prepared as directed with low-fat milk — per 100 g: 375 kJ / 89 kcal, 1.4 g fat (0.9 g saturates), 16 g carbohydrate of which 10 g sugars, 2.9 g protein, 0.14 g salt. Per 143 g portion: 537 kJ / 127 kcal, 2.0 g fat (1.3 g saturates), 23 g carbohydrate of which 15 g sugars, 4.2 g protein, 0.20 g salt.

One sachet plus 2 cups (500 ml) of milk and 1.4 oz (40 g) of sugar makes four servings. Stir into cold milk, bring to the boil for one minute, then chill for about four hours. Serve plain, or with fruit or chocolate sauce.
