Apricot spread from the d'arbo family in Tyrol, who have been cooking fruit since 1879. Slowly made in small batches, which is why it still tastes and smells of ripe apricot rather than of sugar.

The Austrian apricot spread is the one that belongs inside a Sachertorte and under the glaze on a Linzer.
