The pack gives a brewing temperature, which most do not: 160–170 °F, steeped 2–3 minutes. That is the single most useful thing on the packet. Water off a full boil scalds green leaf and turns it bitter, and a thermometer is not needed — boil the kettle, then let it stand three or four minutes before pouring.
