A full bar of Lübeck fine marzipan under dark chocolate — 56% marzipan to 44% chocolate, which is a far higher proportion of almond than a standard marzipan bar.

Lübeck marzipan is held to a stricter almond standard than ordinary marzipan, and at 27% ground almonds this one tastes of nut rather than sugar. The almonds are from California.

Certified vegan and made with Fairtrade cocoa. Cut it in slices rather than biting it — a 140g bar is more than it looks.
