Burger Das Landknäcke Delikatesse Crispbread, 8.8 oz (250g)

Orange and cream box with a windmill, wheat field and hay-bale illustration — rustic German farmhouse styling. Square, dimpled crispbread slices, lighter in colour than the rye boards. "Landknäcke" translates roughly as country crispbread. Serving suggestion shows quark or cream with strawberries, blueberries and berry coulis, so it is pitched sweet rather than savoury.

A German country-style crispbread — Landknäcke — from a brand awarded Top Marke 2023 by the trade paper Lebensmittel Zeitung. The box claims 100% whole grain in the cereal portion and 21% fibre, which would put it level with the highest-fibre product we carry. Milder and lighter in colour than the dark Nordic ryes, so it suits sweet toppings: quark, berries, honey.
