A broken-leaf Assam — smaller pieces than the long-leaf Kalami, so it brews faster and stronger, and the Arabic on the box calls it the "fine" grade against Kalami's "coarse". Brew 5 to 8 minutes. This is the one for a dark, brisk cup that stands up to milk.
