Lemongrass-led, with ginger and turmeric behind it, and vitamin C added. Not a token pinch either — 42.5% lemongrass, 10% ginger root, 5% turmeric rhizome, with nettle, lemon balm, peppermint, liquorice root, lemon peel and linden flowers filling it out.

The cup is citrus-forward and warm rather than hot; the turmeric colours it more than it flavours it. Caffeine-free.

The box states: "Vitamin C helps support immune system."

Ingredients: lemongrass 42.5%, lemon verbena, nettle 10%, ginger root 10%, turmeric rhizome 5%, lemon balm, peppermint, flavouring 4%, liquorice root, lemon peel 3%, vitamin C 2%, linden flowers.

To make it: one bag in 200 ml (7 fl oz) of hot water for 5 minutes.

Supplement Facts: serving size 1 tea bag. Proprietary herb blend 1.5 g. Vitamin C 15 mg (17% DV).
