Suhariki Tri Korochki Rjanie "Bacon", 3.5 oz (100g)

Rye bread cut into small cubes and baked hard, then seasoned. These are croutons eaten as a snack, not as a soup garnish, and they are properly hard — that is the point. The bacon seasoning is smoky and salty. A standard Russian and Ukrainian beer snack.
