Uralskiye — Urals-style pelmeni, the plumper cousin of the Siberian, with more filling to dough. Frozen loose in a 2 lb bag.

Cooking

Straight from frozen into plenty of boiling salted water — do not thaw them first. Stir once so they do not sit on the bottom, and they are done a couple of minutes after they float. Drain, then butter and black pepper, or soured cream, or a spoonful of the cooking broth. Some people fry the leftovers until the edges blister, which is arguably the better dish.
