Kalnapilis Pilsner Magnum

Royal blue 500 ml can, gold-banded, with the same red triangle and white star mark as the Original. A gold "1902 Premium Beer" seal sits below the name. The blue can reads noticeably cooler and crisper on the shelf than the green Original, which suits what is inside.

Where the Original is hopped with soft, floral Saaz, this is praturtintas karčiaisiais MAGNUM apyniais — enriched with bitter Magnum hops. Magnum is a high-alpha German bittering hop: clean, firm, no fuss. The result is a drier, more bracingly bitter pilsner. At 4.6% it is also lighter than the Original, so it is the more sessionable of the two.
