Belorussian Marshmallow Vanilla, 8.8 oz (250g)

This is zefir, not the marshmallow of a campfire: apple puree whipped with egg white and sugar until it sets into something light, dry and faintly tart, then piped into shells and joined in pairs. It crumbles rather than stretches. Vanilla is the original and the one to try first, with tea.
