Shelf-stable groceries elsewhere in the shop ship anywhere in the United States as usual.

Kabanos are the ones to start with: long, thin, hard-smoked pork sticks, dried until they snap rather than bend. Sokołów make ours in Poland. They keep in a bag, in the car, in a rucksack — which is exactly why every Polish household has some.

Bende Hungarian sausage brings the paprika, and Schaller & Weber German delicatesse the smoked German style.

Our full counter is in the shop at 2790 Santa Rosa Avenue, where fresh sausage is sliced to order — over twenty varieties, and the thing the shop is best known for locally. That part cannot be posted; the cured sticks here can.
