Pomegranate lokum with double-roasted Antep pistachio — the big 350 g box. Two layers: a pale pistachio-studded base with a deep red pomegranate top, cut into cubes and dusted.

13% pistachio, and specifically Antep fıstığı — the pistachio from Gaziantep that Turkish confectioners treat as the only one worth using. Double-roasted, so the nut stays firm inside the soft jelly instead of going soft with it.

Vegan, and made with beet sugar rather than cane. No dairy, no gelatine, no egg.

Ingredients: beet sugar, cornstarch, pistachio (13%), water, acidity regulator (citric acid E330), nature-identical pomegranate flavouring (0.20%), food colouring (E129).
