This is a chilled product. We post it anywhere in California, packed cold, and it is on the road one to two days — short enough to arrive in good condition.
Outside California, choose collection in store at 2790 Santa Rosa Avenue or local delivery around Santa Rosa and Sonoma County. We do not post it further than that — the cold chain will not hold.
Andouille — the smoked, heavily spiced pork sausage of Louisiana by way of France. Ready to eat, but it comes into its own sliced into gumbo, jambalaya or red beans and rice.
No added nitrates or nitrites. Made by Schaller & Weber in New York.
