Penaten Baby Soap with Baby Oil & Honey, 90 g

Made for the European market. This is the European formulation, sold under EU cosmetics rules, which prohibit or restrict well over a thousand substances where the American list of outright bans runs to about a dozen. Formaldehyde, hydroquinone and several parabens are not permitted in it. It is not the same product as the American version sold under the same name — customers who grew up with it tell us they can tell.

The Penaten bar, with baby oil and honey worked into it. One bar replaces two bottles, which is the whole point of it.
