Solid coconut fat in a block, scored into cubes. It has a high smoke point and almost no flavour of its own, which is why German kitchens have used it for frying since 1894. Keep it somewhere cool and it stays firm.
The full ingredient, allergen and nutrition statement is printed on the pack. If you need to check something before you order, call the shop on (707) 527-0319 and we will read it off the jar for you.
