Nidar Jule-Marsipan Christmas Marzipan Pig with Milk Chocolate, 2.1 oz (60g)

The same Norwegian Christmas luck-pig, dipped in milk chocolate. 75% marzipan, 25% chocolate — the chocolate is a coat, not the point.

Marzipan made to Nidar's 1915 recipe with 37% almonds in the marzipan, under a milk chocolate with cocoa solids of at least 30% and milk solids of at least 20% — a darker, less milky coating than most. The cocoa is Rainforest Alliance certified.

If you are buying one of the two pigs, this is the easier one to eat; the plain marzipan one is the traditional gift.

Ingredients: sugar, almonds (37% in marzipan), milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, emulsifier (soy lecithin), humectant (invertase), preservative (E202), salt, flavouring.

Contains almonds, milk and soy. May contain traces of hazelnuts and gluten.
