Potato gnocchi made gluten free, and made vegan with it — 81% steamed fresh potatoes bound with maize and rice rather than wheat. Potato is the main ingredient in any gnocchi, which is why the gluten-free version of this particular pasta sits closer to the original than most gluten-free pasta does.

Cooking

Straight from the box into a pan over medium-high heat with your sauce and half a cup of water (3.4 fl oz). Stir gently for two to three minutes.

Allergens

The box declares no allergens, and prints no "may contain" warning of any kind. It carries the manufacturer's own gluten-free claim, and the recipe is structurally gluten free — there is no wheat in it to begin with, rather than wheat removed.

Keeping it

The box notes that the product has already been thawed for you, and should not be re-frozen — re-freezing will spoil the texture. Treat it as a fresh chilled food, not as something out of the freezer.
