Maître Truffout Mozartkugeln Gift Box

Mozart balls in the red hexagonal gift box. Each one is wrapped in gold foil with Mozart's portrait on it, and inside is the layered construction the name means: a green marzipan core, a collar of hazelnut nougat around it, the whole ball dipped in dark chocolate.

14% ground almonds in the marzipan and 4% hazelnut paste in the nougat, with a little ground pistachio — which is what gives traditional Mozartkugel marzipan its green colour rather than any dye.

Made in Austria with Fairtrade-certified cocoa. The hexagonal box is built to be given, not to be opened at a desk.

Ingredients: sugar, ground almonds 14%, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, hazelnut paste 4%, whole milk powder, ground pistachios 0.9%, invert sugar syrup, glucose syrup, emulsifier: E322 (soya); humectant: E1103.
