The same whipped foam and chocolate as the full-size Schaumküsse, made small — thirty-two to a pack.
The small size changes how they are eaten. A full one is a thing you sit down with; these go in a bowl on a table and disappear. They also survive handling far better, which matters if children are involved.
Keep cool. The chocolate shell softens quickly in a warm room.
