A Dresden speciality and an unusual one: gingerbread and sour cherry jelly layered with a rum punch filling, coated in dark chocolate and finished with white.

The proportions tell you what it is — 29% rum punch filling, 28% sour cherry jelly, 18% gingerbread. The cherry keeps it sharp where the gingerbread and rum would otherwise make it heavy, and the whole thing is closer to a small cake than to a chocolate.

Contains alcohol (rum).
