Airborne Thyme Honey, 17.6 oz (500g)

Thyme honey from New Zealand, where the wild thyme that took over the Central Otago goldfields turned out to make a honey worth going back for. Strong, herbal and a little resinous — not a honey for hiding in tea. Airborne have been packing New Zealand honey since 1910.

• 500 g net
• Pure New Zealand floral honey
• One ingredient: honey
• Naturally creamed — it sets firm, which is what honey does when nothing is added

Using it

Good on toast and better on yoghurt, but it earns its keep in a marinade with lemon and oregano, or spooned over a sharp sheep's cheese.

Packed in New Zealand by Airborne Honey. Not suitable for infants under one year.
