Ahmad Tea Digest Herbal Supplement with Sweet Mint & Fennel, 20 Tea Bags

Fennel first, then camomile and two different mints. 33% fennel is what makes this one work — fennel seed is the oldest after-dinner remedy there is, and it gives the cup a faint aniseed sweetness that the mints then lift.

Peppermint 15% and spearmint 12% are deliberately kept apart on the label: peppermint is the cold, sharp one, spearmint the soft, sweet one. Having both is why it does not taste like a mint tea.
