Belgian chocolate is a protected style with a genuine standard behind it — a minimum cocoa content and no vegetable fat substituting for cocoa butter, which is what gives it the clean snap and the melt.

We are building this shelf out. Chocolate ships to California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada and Arizona only; butter is chilled and best collected in store.
