Toro Waffle Mix, 9 oz (255g)

Waffle mix from Toro, for Norwegian heart-shaped waffles rather than the deep Belgian kind.

Norwegian waffles are soft and thin, made in a five-heart iron, and they are served warm with sour cream and jam or with brown cheese — never with syrup and a knife and fork. Vaffelhjerter are an afternoon thing, not a breakfast.

You will need the heart-shaped iron for the proper result, though the batter works in any waffle maker.

Made to European food rules on additives and labelling.
