Teekanne Green Tea, 1.23 oz (35g)

Plain green tea in the Teekanne box — 20 bags, no flavouring.

The brewing instruction on the box is the part worth reading: water at 100 °C for 2 to 3 minutes. Teekanne are unusual in specifying full-boiling water for a green tea; most makers say 80–90 °C. Follow the box and keep the time short — the 2 to 3 minutes is what stops it going bitter.

Rainforest Alliance certified leaf.

Ingredients: green tea.

Net weight 35 g (1.23 oz) — 20 tea bags, 1.75 g each. Made for Teekanne Austria, Salzburg.
